EDT Guidelines & Application Streams
The Economic Development Trust (EDT) offers two application streams for the 2026 community investment. Currently, the first grassroots stream of applications is open until February 13, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Select the application stream which most suits your group/organization’s makeup. Please be advised applicants may only apply to one application stream. The EDT has requests that applicants submit one project application per organization, as a means to clearly determine the organization’s funding priority.

Grassroots Application
The Grassroots Application is for established volunteer groups or organizations that do not have regular employees. This application is designed for those who have a group or organizations who work on a task or project without salary or wages, would not have a registered board of directors, and may not have audited financials to provide. Grassroots Applications can be picked up at the SNGRDC Administration Building front desk. (2498 Chiefswood Road, Ohsweken ON).
2026 EDT Call for Grassroots Applications Schedule
The following application schedule has been established by the Economic Development Trust as the timeline for the first round of 2026 grassroots applications. Any changes to this schedule will be updated on www.sndevcorp.ca, www.sixnationsedt.ca and through e-mail correspondence.
