Each year, twenty delegates gather for four days of professional development, cultural teachings, and mentorship with Elders and community leaders. The program strengthens participants’ leadership skills, cultural connections, and inter‑Nation relationships while providing economic and professional opportunities for local vendors, facilitators, and the Haudenosaunee organizing team. Grounded in Haudenosaunee matriarchal values, the program highlights the strength and resilience of Indigenous women and Two‑Spirit+ youth and inspires young people across the community.
